Using this website
You may browse the site and buy from the shop. You may not attempt to gain unauthorised access to it, disrupt it, scrape it at a rate that degrades it for others, or use it to send unlawful or abusive content. We may withdraw access to anyone who does.
Orders and payment
Prices, availability and delivery terms are those shown at checkout when an order is placed. An order is an offer to buy; a contract exists once we confirm it. Payment is processed by our payment provider, and we do not store full card numbers.
Content and intellectual property
The text, images and designs on this site belong to WeHare or to the creators and brands we work with, and may not be reproduced commercially without permission. Creator names, channel names and brand names mentioned on this site remain the property of their owners, and their appearance does not imply endorsement unless we say so explicitly.
Creator research tool
WeHare operates an internal tool that identifies creators who might suit a brand partnership. It reads public profile information from platforms including YouTube, and records the business contact address a creator has chosen to publish. The list it builds is used only by WeHare staff, only to approach creators about paid work.
The tool does not sign anyone in, holds no permissions on anyone’s account, collects no private data, and publishes nothing. What it collects, how long it is kept, and how to be removed from the list are set out in our Privacy Policy.
Where the tool uses the YouTube API Services, the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy also apply.
If you are a creator we contact
An approach from us is an invitation to talk, nothing more. It creates no obligation on you. If you would rather we did not hold your details or write to you again, tell us at contact@wehare.com and we will remove you.
Liability
We provide this website as it is. We do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death, personal injury, or fraud.
Changes
We may update these terms. The version published here is the one in force, and the date at the top shows when it last changed.
Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Peru, and the courts of Lima have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
